Cooperative Development Program Manager of Asian Farmers' Association for Sustainable Rural Development (AFA). Been an active cooperator in more than two decades. Engaged in the coop movement in various capacities such as Organizer, Program Officer, Trainer, and Networking officer prior to being elected Chairperson in one of the oldest and strongest savings and credit cooperatives – Oro Integrated Cooperative, in National Confederation of Cooperatives (NATCCO), and some cooperative banks in the Philippines. Elected Board in the International Cooperative Alliance - Asia Pacific (ICA-AP), and worked on cooperative legislation in the Philippine Parliament. Highly involved in agriculture, managed his own diversified farm and continue to organize agriculture cooperatives.
